Life moves fast. Weeks pass, goals shift, priorities change and often we don’t take the time to check in with ourselves. This monthly online session offers exactly that: a dedicated hour to slow down, reflect on where you are, and reconnect with what matters most to you. 

Each session revolves around a different monthly theme and takes place around the New Moon as a simple reminder to pause and begin again with intention. 

We start with guided reflection and journaling prompts to help you gain clarity, notice patterns, and reconnect with your priorities. 

From there, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation practice that allows the body and mind to settle, recharge, and integrate what emerged during reflection. 
No experience with journaling or Yoga Nidra is needed. 
This is your monthly check-in.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE 
My approach to Yoga Nidra is inspired by the teachings of Kamini Desai and informed by a trauma-sensitive perspective. 

For me, Yoga Nidra is a practical way to create conditions for rest, awareness, and nervous system regulation. 

 Combined with regular reflection, it becomes a powerful tool for living more intentionally and sustainably.

We all need regular moments to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
