Many know Yoga Nidra as a path to relaxation — but its true power goes far beyond that. This monthly session is an invitation to dive deeper into the layers of this practice. More than just rest, it is a tool for healing, transformation, and the awakening of your creativity. 


Over the past years, I’ve learned how powerful it is to regularly check in with myself — and with the visions I hold for my life. Because where intention goes, energy flows. I’ve also come to value the deep nourishment of being guided — and the quiet power of doing nothing, to rest in a deeply restorative way. That’s why I created these Monthly Yoga Nidra Sessions: A space to reset, reconnect, and realign — through rest and intention.

How it works

  • Monthly 75-minute live sessions on Zoom 
  • Book a session & you’ll receive the Zoom link via email after booking 
  • If you can't make it life - the replay will be available for 48 hours 
  • All Sessions are donation based (you pay after the session via Paypal, Revolut or Bank Transfer)

What you’ll need
  • A journal or notebook for reflection 
  • A comfortable mat or surface to lie on 
  • A blanket or something to stay warm

My way of sharing Yoga Nidra is inspired by the teachings of Kamini Desai — rooted in both personal experience and practical application. 


 I guide this practice in two essential ways:
  • 1. Nervous System Reset
    Yoga Nidra guides the body into states of profound rest — where true healing can occur.
    I turned to this practice to recover from chronic pain. Today, I use it to regulate my system when I feel overwhelmed, on the edge of illness, or when tension arises.
    It’s a space where the body can restore itself — gently and deeply.
  • 2. Reconnect with Your Inner Vision (Intention Setting)
    Your dreams matter. In your relationships, your work, your health, and your creative life.
    Setting intention within Yoga Nidra allows your deeper truth to emerge — not through effort, but through deep receptivity.
    You don’t have to do anything. Simply rest. Let the insight come to you.

We all need a space to pause — regularly. A moment to listen in, to come back to ourselves, and to let the next steps arise from stillness. Let this be your monthly commitment to rest, clarity and inner alignment.
