Many people know Yoga Nidra mainly as a relaxation technique — but its potential goes beyond that. These monthly sessions are an invitation to explore the practice more deeply. Yoga Nidra is not only about rest; it can also support (physical & mental) healing, focus, and creativity.


Over the past years, I’ve seen how valuable it is to regularly pause and reflect — to check in with myself and the goals I hold for my life. I’ve also experienced the benefits of being guided into rest: the relief of doing nothing, while giving the body and mind a chance to recharge. That’s why I created these Monthly Yoga Nidra Sessions: a space to reset, reconnect, and realign — through deep restorative rest and intention setting.

    - A journal or notebook for reflection 
    - A comfortable mat or surface to lie on 
    - A blanket or something to stay warm

My way of sharing Yoga Nidra is shaped by the teachings of Kamini Desai and a trauma-sensitive approach. 


I guide this practice in two main ways:

  • 1. Nervous System Reset
    Yoga Nidra helps the body enter states of deep rest, where genuine recovery can happen — physically and mentally. Studies show that even one session can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support balance. In my sessions, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where rest can unfold naturally.
  • 2. Intention Setting & Manifestion
    Intention setting — or Sankalpa in Sanskrit — means consciously deciding what you want to bring more of into your life. Instead of running on autopilot, these sessions give you time and space to reflect on what matters and to set or refine your focus. You choose how to use this space; I simply provide small impulses to support the process.

Whether you’re completely new to Yoga Nidra or already experienced, these sessions are for you. We all need regular pauses — moments to listen inwardly, to recharge, and to gain clarity for the next steps.
